Protip: If every single member of a major alliance puts in a petition at the same time concerning the same issue it tends to get flagged and look at faster, then all petitions are looked at and dismissed as a group.

Null alliances do it all the time, it doesn't sway the outcome of the petition it just tends to make CCP respond faster when they receive hundreds of petitions instead of one.
